Business AI News back & better than ever

Hey Everyone!
It’s been a minute - I know! Even though I’ve been quieter on the newsletter front, I’ve actually been knee-deep in AI (and trust me, it’s been a wild ride). I’ve also been heads-down building my brand-new AI & Automation Business Focused Community (launching today).
But enough about me. Let’s dive back into the automation world. I promise to show up more consistently in your inbox moving forward.
This Week's Must-Watch
Build Proposal Websites Using AI to Stand out from Competition
Let’s face it: most traditional proposals are stiff, stale, and don’t exactly travel well. So I thought, “Why not let AI do the heavy lifting?” In this video, I’ll walk you through how to create a stunning, shareable website from your proposal content, in under five minutes.
Key Benefits:
Create proposals in minutes, not hours
Focus on the content, not the formatting
No manually adjusting boxes / shapes around on a slide trying to get the alignment perfect
Online Video Explanation for those who weren’t able to make the pitch
Inline comments on the proposal
🕒 Watch Time: 32 minutes
💡 Automation Hack of the Week
Fake Test Events & Triggers
Ever had to fill out the same form a million times just to test an automation flow? I’ve been there - painful, right? Here’s your shortcut: a simple curl request that mimics your original webhook payload.
I’m here to tell you today you don’t need to do that! You can send a simple curl request that mimics the same payload as a webhook.
How it works:
Go into n8n or Make and copy the original JSON payload/bundle.
Ask your favorite chatbot to convert that JSON into a
curlrequest.Open your terminal and run that
curlcommand. Bam! You’re triggering your workflow with zero extra clicks or form fills.

Pro Tip: Save a handful of these test payloads in your docs. Next time you make a change, you’ll already have everything you need to test, no repetitive form-filling required.
🔧 Tool Spotlight: Wisprflow

What it does:
Wispr Flow supercharges your writing with AI-powered speech recognition and auto-edits, so you can dictate text three times faster than typing. It works across all your favorite apps—from email to code editors—and adapts to your writing style in real time.Perfect for:
Busy automators, professionals, students, authors, and anyone who wants to speed up their writing, reduce typos, and stay “in the flow” without constantly switching between keyboard and thought.Low-code friendly?
N/A (It’s a desktop app that requires no coding skills; simply install and start dictating.)AI-powered?
Yep!Free to use?
Yes (with paid plans available for unlimited usage)
Why we love it:
Wispr Flow just gets your dictation. It handles names, jargon, and even the occasional stutter without missing a beat. The result? Fast, accurate, natural-sounding writing that lets you focus on your ideas. It’s become my go-to for knocking out drafts and messages in record time.
🧠 AI Corner: Model Context Provider
Anthropic has open-sourced something pretty exciting: Model Context Protocol (MCP). Think of it as a universal connector between AI assistants and all your favorite data sources.
Universal Integration: Plug into Google Drive, Slack, or wherever your data lives, all through a single protocol.
Context-Rich AI: Because data is unified, AI responses become more relevant and consistent—no more hunting around for bits and pieces.
Developer-Friendly: Open-source servers and SDKs make it easy to add new data sources, speeding up adoption.
Early Traction: Big names like Block and Apollo are already using MCP in real-world systems.
Why It Matters: This could be a game-changer for enterprise-level automation, removing friction when scaling AI tools across organizations.
Looking ahead: Ideally, MCP (or something like it) becomes the backbone for AI-to-tool communication, providing a standardized framework that speeds up AI-driven automation in the future.
