Ever had to fill out the same form a million times just to test an automation flow? I’ve been there - painful, right? Here’s your shortcut: a simple curl request that mimics your original webhook payload.

I’m here to tell you today you don’t need to do that! You can send a simple curl request that mimics the same payload as a webhook.

How it works:

1. Go into n8n or Make and copy the original JSON payload/bundle.

2. Ask your favorite chatbot to convert that JSON into a curl request.

3. Open your terminal and run that curl command. Bam! You’re triggering your workflow with zero extra clicks or form fills.

Pro Tip: Save a handful of these test payloads in your docs. Next time you make a change, you’ll already have everything you need to test, no repetitive form-filling required.
